1. Login to blogger first.
2. Now click on Settings.
3. Now click on mobile and email.

Now you will see options related to Mobile and email settings, which you have to set very carefully.

Mobile settings:
1. Click on add mobile device.
2. After this you will get a code for mobile settings.
3. Now if your mobile number is non-US and your mobile MMS service supports then send that blogger code via MMS to go@blogger.com.
4. If your mobile does not support MMS service, then send the blogger code to 256447 via SMS.
5. When you send this blogger code, then your mobile blogger will be connected. After this you can update your blog via mobile.

Email Settings:
If you want to update your blogger blog by email, you will have to do email settings in your blogger account.

Posting using email - Firstly fill in secret words.
Under this, you will see three settings option which are as follows: Publish email immediately, Save email as draft post and disable.
Publish email immediately - If you want to post by sending a post by email, then publish it on your blog, then click the radio button in front of Publish email immediately.
Save email as draft post - If you do not want to have your post sent by email, save in draft, then click on the radio button in front of Save Email as draft post.
Disabled - If you do not want to do email posting, click the radio button in front of the disabled.

Comment Notification Email - You have to fill your email id here, because when someone comments on your blog, the blogger will send you an email and tell you who has commented on your blog. For this, you can fill more than one email id here. And if you want to choose an email id from your email contact, you can choose by clicking on select from contacts.
Email posts to - Here you can fill from one to 10 email id. This option is because when you publish a new article on your blog, the blogger will send you a Notification Email message about the publication of this post.
